They took a deposit of 5858 yuan from me and after two weeks the money still hasn't appeared on my card; the hotel won't answer my calls and I’m about to file a police report. I have all the receipts.

The location, staff, and facilities were good, but the bed was extremely hard and sometimes uncomfortable to sleep on.

The hotel feels cozy, clean, and beautiful. The pool and spa are great, and it’s quiet. The staff are very pleasant and try to help with any issue. They charged me for one night's stay a day before check‑in in addition to the deposit, but when I spoke with them they refunded those funds. The deposit was returned after I checked out.

The structure was very beautiful, but I was surprised that in China it’s rare to find staff who speak English, and here they couldn’t speak or understand it at all, even when I tried using Google Translate (Italian‑Chinese) communication was difficult.
