The reception, the advice, and the helpfulness stood out. The curtains need changing, and a small washing machine is missing.

The elevator was a plus. The kitchen equipment was pared down to the essentials.

Walkable to Oristano’s center; parking right outside the door is convenient. The luggage lift is very handy. It’s easy to prepare simple meals. The fridge works well. The bed slept wonderfully, and the pillow was very comfortable. The air‑conditioning worked properly and didn’t leak light at night like many new units. The rooms are spacious. The accommodation feels somewhat dated and messy on the floors, lacking atmosphere. The bathroom/entrance doesn’t smell very fresh. There’s no coffee machine, which I really missed, though there is an Italian coffee pot in the cupboard. I had to wash the dishes and cutlery before using them. It’s a pity we didn’t have a balcony, something I had booked under the impression that we would. The information was misleading. Otherwise, it’s a fine place to explore the Oristano area.

The reception and the ideal location were great. The dishware set was limited.
