How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Unfortunately, I didn’t like anything: the price was high, the room was small, the bathroom was almost unusable, hot water was rare and scarce, the cleaning lady didn’t clean, and the reception lady wasn’t at the front desk. I repeat, everything was awful. Avoid this place as much as possible.

The location was exceptional! I have nothing to criticize.

When we arrived, the staff told us they couldn’t find our reservation and wouldn’t host us, even though we had the confirmation email and showed it to them. After several excuses about the reservation not being recorded, we contacted Booking’s customer support and they canceled our booking. We ended up finding another place a few hours later after a stressful morning. Even stranger, the receptionist mentioned that another woman had the same experience the day before, so this seems to happen to anyone who books here.
