“Perfekter Rückzugsort”
Very friendly, warm host, a comfortable apartment, a beautiful roof terrace, drinks in the fridge, super tasty breakfast, great, interesting location. The accommodation is on the newly laid‑down island Ijburg, a quiet canal behind the house, and Amsterdam Centrum is quickly reachable by bike over great bike paths. No complaints. For planning: you can only park your car overnight for free in front of the house; daytime fees are high, so it’s better to park in the nearby parking lot about 500 m away (7,50 € / 24 h). From 21:00 the sidewalks are closed, making it hard to find an open restaurant.

Everything was beautiful, organized, comfortable, and the apartment smelled nice. It was close to the tram and the parking building. The apartment is on the second floor, which can be a bit tiring for heavy luggage.

The apartment was tastefully decorated, comfortable, and in a quiet spot. The tram to the main station is a 5‑minute walk, and there are plenty of cheap parking spots nearby. The breakfast, lovingly prepared by the friendly host Ali, was delicious. Several seating options are available on the lovely, plant‑covered terrace overlooking the water. A coffee machine, kettle, microwave, and even an air conditioner are provided. Free drinks are in the fridge. Everything is spotless and well maintained, and the bathroom is large and nice. I enjoyed the comfort and didn’t miss anything at all. I’ll definitely return. There was absolutely nothing to complain about.
