The spot was convenient, yet the room was filthy, the bathroom door hung upside down, the shower didn’t drain, and there was no laundry service. I was charged for parking even though it had never been in the past. When I asked for laundry, they said they’d bring it up, but I never received it, and it ended up going downhill.
