We liked everything, especially the service. The front‑desk lady who checked us in was very communicative and cheerful—our fellow Northeasterners! The hotel is surrounded by nature and well located. We’ll definitely return soon.

The location is excellent, the room is spacious, bright and very clean. The bed is large and comfortable, the hot water comes on instantly, and the pool is fantastic.

The accommodation is comfortable, with a spacious bed and bathroom and excellent cleaning. The breakfast was very good. Unfortunately the hotel missed attention on bathroom items like shampoo (missing) and bath accessories were insufficient. The hotel is well equipped but not family‑friendly, especially for children; there are no indoor toys, the pool is outdoor and not heated, and an indoor playground would have been nice. The room rate is very high, and at checkout I was surprised by an optional housekeeping fee. Please pass part of the room rate to staff as a commission and do not add that extra charge—no one else I’ve stayed at has ever charged a housekeeping fee. The hotel offers no special features to justify the price.
