“Location Preferred n Rates reasonable”
Well located property, but upkeep and maintenance could be better; the place is always infested with events and people who I am afraid lack finesse.

The spot is decent, right by the airport, and the people at Lounge18 were polite. The internal services were solid. But the building feels old‑fashioned, and I never got the king‑bed smoking room I asked for. The GST and billing info never reached Marriott, so the bill dragged on. The spa lady who worked the service was subpar, and even after a 30 % discount the price was 5800 with tax, which is worse than what other places offer for a massage.

There are many people who deserve appreciation, but I would especially like to mention Mr. Alam, Mr. Varma, and Mr. Gautam. Their dedication, professionalism, and warm hospitality made every meal a memorable experience. The cuisine was exceptional, with outstanding taste, quality, and presentation. A heartfelt thank you to the chefs and the entire staff for consistently delivering such excellent service and making our stay truly enjoyable

There was nothing good about this stay – it was terrible. I had booked one night through the website, but the hotel kept calling me on the day of arrival, acting oddly, so I changed my plans and rushed to the property. Even though I left my luggage there first thing in the morning, the front desk told me no room was ready, blaming a broken water pipe; yet a few Indian couples who arrived later checked in without issue. When I asked to be moved to another hotel of the same category because of their mistake, they flat‑out refused, and another Japanese guest suffered the same fate, clearly an overbooking aimed at Japanese travelers. After more than an hour of negotiating with the manager and key staff, I finally got a room at a comparable hotel, but the whole episode wrecked my schedule and ruined my business trip. I used to trust this place, but I will never go back, nor will I ever recommend it to my buyers. The hotel is near the airport and looks clean, so many Japanese seem to stay there, but unless you’re prepared to battle with Indian guests, you should look elsewhere.
