“Super recomendable y muy cerca de la base del cerro. Especial para esquiadores”

Breakfast and afternoon tea were excellent, and the location is great because it’s close to the base of the hill, so you can walk there. The service and care were outstanding, the hotel itself is very comfortable, and the heating and hot shower water are perfect. I found it a bit expensive.

“Mala”

The location, heating and hot water were fine, nothing else stood out. The building feels old and the cleaning was quite poor; you could hear everything from neighboring rooms. Wi‑Fi was spotty, there was only one power outlet, no hanging space, the bathroom was tiny with no grab bars, the carpets were filthy, the double room had a broken bedside lamp, and staff crowded the common areas. It felt more like a hostel, and the constant shouting of twenty‑something guests each morning was exhausting. I wouldn’t stay again.
