“Great location, attentive host but terrible mattress”

The location is great, the room is big and clean. Claudio was attentive and shared excellent recommendations. We could drop our bags before checkout, which was great! Unfortunately, the mattress in our room was awful, which was a real shame because we loved everything else about our stay.

“Bon rapport/ qualité prix et hôte réactif !”

The spot is spot on, and the value for money is solid. The room description matched what we saw. Claudio was quick to respond and very helpful over messages, especially when we had a late arrival due to a flight delay and still managed to get in. A mini fridge in the room was a nice touch, and the air‑conditioning worked great. Bring earplugs, and a kettle in the room would have been appreciated.

The place sits right in the heart of old Naples near the dom. It was clean, nice, and comfortable. Paolo was responsible and kind. It would have been nice to have a small fridge.

The location is great. Nothing bad; the price and value are excellent.

The location was great. The room didn't have a TV or an iron.
