“Premises lovely, the hosts unbelievable”
The room interior was lovely, cosy, spacious, and clean with an en‑suite, and breakfast was well presented and tasty, but the welcome was terrible—due to a system error the owner mistakenly thought the room was booked for one instead of two, called me a liar, a queen, and said I had many problems, which was unfriendly and hostile; we stayed because it was late and the area is rural with few options, and at the end the owner refused to give a detailed invoice so I couldn’t claim back the extra fee, so I will never return.
