“Saw the room.even a second room we saw was filthy! Left asap.Felt very unsafe! Elevator unsafe.”
We left immediately; we did not stay. The room was filthy, and now I’m fighting to get my money back after taking disgusting photos. The manager fraudulently charged 20.00 to my debit card. The hotel hosts transit homeless folks, making it unsafe in every way. Absolutely nothing else to add!

Nothing good. Everything was dirty, full of hair, and everything else was falling apart, with junk everywhere and a bad odor.

It was available, and I needed a place to rest for the night. Almost everything was lacking, yet the bed was comfortable.
Loved that it was in the center of downtown and had a balcony. The breakfast pre-COVID was much better. There is a deluxe continental breakfast with an egg option, biscuits, and a couple of meat options, but the food is not regularly refreshed in the warmers and so it was dry and overcooked. We were also told housekeeping would come every 2 days and they didn't come until day 4 of a 5 day stay
