The bed was comfortable, but I was checked into a lower‑standard room. Reception had a big problem resolving it, spending 30 minutes looking for a clean room. As the ladies said, they have a mess. Reception doesn’t speak English. The breakfast had stale pastries from the weekend after the wedding. Clear management issues.

The staff were extremely kind and professional, and I wish every hotel could match that level of customer care; the room was clean and spacious; breakfast was delicious and started early in the morning; there were two hot dishes to choose from, prepared on request, a service usually seen in 5‑star hotels; parking was large, free, and right at the hotel entrance.
