Excellent location near the Tatranský Lieskovec stop, generous breakfast in a spacious bright dining room, the room with a balcony, TV and towels was tastefully furnished, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for belongings. The staff were helpful and you could order a hiking package. There was no hand soap in the shower area – both containers were empty, so I brought my own just in case. More hooks for towels in the bathroom would be nice.

The location was fine and the receptionist pleasant, but the equipment felt outdated, the breakfast weak and the coffee at breakfast unpalatable, and even the bar offerings were underwhelming.

The location was great and the price‑quality ratio acceptable; the hotel is older and would benefit from new furniture, carpets and a bathroom renovation, yet the beds were very comfortable with ideal mattress firmness. Breakfast was tasty with several options. The room lacked a kettle, but the restaurant provided hot water on request so we could brew our own drink or medication. We knew the hotel was basic and had not undergone major renovations for years; the room’s basic amenities—no hair dryer, fridge or kettle—were listed in the description, but I would have appreciated those small additions.
