“Not value for money”
The location is great, but the staff were rude, the rates were steep, the breakfast options were limited, and the maintenance was poor.

The place is ideal for people working at the tech parks in Bellandur; Ecoworld and Embassy Tech Village are within walking distance, and there are eateries, supermarkets, ATMs and other general stores nearby. The price is very reasonable. The rooms are spacious, and my room even had a balcony! The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the room was not clean; the bathroom was small and had a gutter smell. The floor and furniture were dusty. The towels and bedsheets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned for a while, with a layer of dust on the white. Rooms weren’t cleaned regularly, and the staff never asked if I wanted a cleaning, even though I stayed for six days. There was a weird phenol smell throughout the corridors that masked the scent of smoke.

There was no breakfast available early in the morning, the location is very remote, everything feels fake and bluff, and the show‑off vibe is off. There’s just nothing to like: no good lighting, no good bed, very low standard, and they provide you nothing. I regret paying so much just to stay there for a night near the airport.
