I stayed in a king room for a business trip, received exceptional help and a warm welcome, the room was spacious and clean, there was a free coffee machine and cookies available most of the day, and the entire staff—from the dining room to breakfast to the front desk and everywhere else—was extremely friendly and helpful; I spent 6 nights, had plenty of parking, and would love to visit this area again; overall, great value for money in the autumn season.

The place was spotless, very spacious and bright, and the staff were very friendly, though we were just passing through Syracuse and didn’t feel it was close to much.

The breakfast was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, and accessing shopping, restaurants, and the university was easy; however, the TV didn’t work well, cleaning supplies and cords were left out in the hallway for guests to walk around, the room smelled a little musty, and the AC was inconsistent.
