Room service dinner was excellent, staff were very kind, and the rooms and amenities were great.

The room is spectacular, the onsens are wonderful, and the staff are very attentive. It would have been nice if someone spoke my language; I understand Spanish isn’t common in Japan, but at least the brochure could be in my language.

The location was great and the staff were friendly, but the local shops closed too early and the women’s outdoor hot spring raised safety concerns.
