Very well located at the top of the high street, just around the corner from the train station and less than 20 minutes walk to the Quays. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Roadworks currently in progress by the property led to increased traffic and difficulty finding the parking spaces at the rear.

The location was great, but finding the parking was a hassle and I had to drive around a couple of times. Checking in was a bit of a faff with all the codes and keys, and there was no staff on site during our stay.

I was greeted warmly and could walk straight to the Cathedral. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the welcome was friendly. The car park was hard to locate because building works blocked the sign, and I wished there were more toiletries and milk available.

Getting here was easy and the place is self‑contained. The main road outside is noisy, though.
