The food was amazing, and the hot spring was fantastic! Unfortunately, the bathroom in our room was out of order, which was a bit of a bummer. Overall, it was a great experience, but that one issue was a bit of a letdown.

The 24-hour hot spring access was a huge plus, and being able to eat in our room was super convenient. The whole experience was really relaxing and enjoyable.

The hot spring was absolutely amazing, and I was really impressed. However, the sound of rain dripping from the roof at night in our room was a bit annoying and kept me awake.
