The staff are very attentive and the breakfasts are delicious; however, the rooms near the entrance and facing the dining area let in all the staff’s movement, making it noisy.

The location is good, the staff very friendly, and the food excellent, and we were taken care of right from check‑in; but when we tried to contact the hotel a day before arrival, they never answered, the room cleaning was poor—once a trash bag was left on a bench—and the doors aren’t well sealed, letting mosquitoes in, so we had to use repellent and even found two lizards in the room. A major issue is the accessibility signage in the room, yet a wheelchair tour from the lobby to the room, including the bathroom and sink, shows it fails to meet accessibility standards; there is no proper toilet paper holder, just one placed on top of the toilet tank. These are many shortcomings for the room price.
