“Royal orchid resort convention.yelhanka . Bangalore ,India is a two star facility backed bybooking”
Pool side restaurant service n food. Room 209 .many functionality issues bathroom flush wasn't working .shower head is touching door .shower area safety handle is coming off .room full of dusty. Thru our stay including full night .stone cutting machine work n noice .u don't have a bell staff or valet parking .how come well such property in 4* rating. Am really started even worrying with booking .com quality of review of their properties .atleast 3 star .4star facilities
The room phone rang continuously at midnight and kept going for almost an hour; I told reception right away.
“By far, this has been the most unpleasant experience. Such poor service by a 3 star resort, I've nev”
There was nothing positive—just stinky toilets. The duty managers never appeared, even though I had to deal with so many issues.
“It was a good stay all together”
The rooms were great, but there was a noticeable odor coming from the pet area.
The newly built wooden cottages are stunning and stylish.
