“Very relaxing”
The service was extremely pleasant and all the staff were excellent. The buffet breakfast was cold even though it opened at 6.30 am.

The breakfast was good, yet our room left my child with a rash all over his skin after waking up; the shuttle from Dhawa to Saigon broke a tempered‑glass window at the toll booth, the shattered glass fell to the floor, my child stepped on it and cut his foot, and despite the danger the driver kept going instead of waiting for rescue, which made me think he disregarded passenger safety, so we got off and called a taxi, but I still consider that a highly unsafe incident.

The resort was very accommodating, but the check‑in process dragged on too long.

The beach‑side spot with a sea‑view room and balcony was clean, well‑equipped, and the service was meticulous; the buffet was tasty and plentiful, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. Nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was decent, yet the space felt cramped and the layout of the dining area was awkward. Staff were a bit scarce and slow to deliver room service, the bathrooms weren’t very clean, the in‑room trash bin was too small and inconvenient, and the robe color looked worn—white would have seemed cleaner.
