“Tunnelmallinen boutique-hotelli”
The staff were super friendly and attentive; the hotel is a truly cozy boutique hotel that feels like the center of Guadalest. From the terrace on the first floor you could see the castle. There was shared lounge space for guests on the first floor, including a music room stocked with sweets, a library, a bar where you could buy drinks to take to your room and enjoy them on a little terrace that also served breakfast. Breakfast started with a buffet of fruit and delicious lemon yogurt, then eggs, ham, cheese, and bread were brought to the table while light jazz played in the background. The room was tidy. The only thing we missed was a balcony in the room—a French balcony, although we had imagined the entire balcony. But that didn't bother us, because the hotel’s shared terrace on the first floor was much more pleasant with lovely views.
