The location was a major plus, just a short walk from my destination. But, unfortunately, the room had some major drawbacks. The bed stank, and it seemed like the septic tank was backing up - the smell was overpowering. There were cigarette butts all over the table, the room reeked of smoke, and the couch was filthy. I asked for a room change, and they gave me one that smelled better, but the couch was still a mess.
