The food was very, very good. The room was big enough, had a balcony, and offered a nice view. The hotel building is a bit far from the beach.

The staff are friendly and know how to make you feel good. The accommodation is clean and organized. There are many options (activities, facilities, places, restaurants, buffet food choices). Relaxation is definitely possible, even for workaholics like us. We were sad to have only stayed 8 days this year. We especially want to highlight the following people who made our stay unforgettable and whom we want to thank again: Gülden Hanım from Housekeeping, Vedat Bey and Ozan Bey from Turunc Restaurant, Deniz Bey and Ecem Hanım from the Pool Bar, Koray Bey and Gamze Hanım from the Café/Bakery, and Ece Hanım from the Sushi Restaurant. Unfortunately, there were two or three things where some staff behaved unprofessionally. But those were only small exceptions (we hope), because last year we had no such experiences. It concerned the behavior towards our nephew, who is unfortunately a bit heavier, and his paid day stay as an external guest. We reported this directly to Customer Relations on site so that appropriate awareness can be raised.

It was an amazing experience; I loved everything. The resort has an app that tells you everything you need to know and shows the daily activities. The Kid's Center was great and my 1.5‑year‑old enjoyed it a lot. We also enjoyed the shows and festivals. I totally recommend it. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were excellent. The food was amazing, and the coffee and pastry section is a must‑visit.
