ห้องพักดูใหม่ดี แขกไม่เยอะ. เข้าเชคอิน 15.00 แต่เข้าห้องได้จริงหลัง 16.00ไ ม่มีที่จอดรถ ต้องหาที่จอดริมถนนหน้านอกโรงแรม ซึ่งหาที่จอดไม่ได้ ไม่มีบริการรถเข็นกระเป๋า เนื่องจากจอดรถไกลมาก และตึกห้องพักก็อยู่หลังสุด ห้องน้ำสายชำระรั่ว ต้องคอยเปิดปิดวาล์วน้ำเวลาจะใช้งาน แจ้งเจ้าของห้องแล้วบอกช่างจะเข้ามาซ่อมเช้าอีกวัน เลยขอออกเพราะไม่สะดวกจริงๆ เจ้าของจึงบอกจะรีบส่งช่างมาซ่อมทันที แต่ทางนี้ขอไม่อยู่จึงย้ายไปพักที่อื่น ทื้งเงินค่าห้องทั้งหมด เจ้าหน้าที่ส่วนกลางดูไม่ค่อยมืออาขีพ รวมถึง รปภ ระหว่างรอเชคอิน พยายามจะให้เอารถออกจากโรงแรมให้ได้ ทั้งๆยังไม่ได้ห้อง

Everything was very beautiful, but the pool didn’t work. During room cleaning, three bags of freshly bought groceries were removed. We noticed this five minutes after the cleaning, but the groceries were not returned. They couldn’t be destroyed in that time, so it was frustrating, especially after a 22‑hour flight and drive when I really wanted to swim and eat. We were very upset because there was no compensation, which surprised and disappointed me.
