There was a very bad smell throughout, like damp. The heater in the room didn’t work, and when I asked for it to be fixed they didn’t come. The smell was awful, and it was cold because the heater was damaged.

The location was close to Disneyland. The gas stove didn’t work because the gas bottle was empty, so we had to throw out the whole meal we had brought from the Netherlands. Without gas there was no hot water, so we couldn’t shower. The emergency phone was also unreachable.

The staff were very helpful; we arrived late and could check in the next day, but the key and map were ready for us in advance, which was nice. It was a half‑caravan, and the other half was unused, which probably kept the noise down. For two nights with my son it was a cozy place. The bed linens were delivered, we had to make the beds ourselves, and we brought our own towels. Overall it was a very positive experience and we only stayed at night. The camping area looked pretty good. The mattresses were a bit bouncy, the cutlery wasn’t completely clean but I cleaned it myself, the toilet was a bit old and obvious, the shower was clean and fairly spacious but the water pressure was very low – not bad, but not great either.

We booked three nights but left after one. The beds were very wobbly and we both woke up with bad backs and barely slept because it felt like being on a boat whenever either of us moved. The duvet was a dirty sleeping‑bag style. The staff didn’t help with the deposit return, the beds weren’t made, and the bedsheets were given in a bag for life. We could hear each other through the walls, the bathroom door had a hole, and there was a massive crack in the door frame. No staff were available to address any of these problems, and the restaurant that was supposed to be open at 7 pm on a Thursday evening was closed. We left after one night.

It was great that everyone had their own bathroom, but the beds could have been better.
