Breakfast was good, but the coffee was measured to two small cups per person, jam was pre‑filled in bowls, and sugar and milk for coffee were offered in minimal amounts. You could have asked for more, but it leaves a bad impression when everything is limited from the start. The check‑out service was problematic: the staff clearly couldn’t interpret their own invoices, so a payment was declined even after I pointed out that it had already been made. Later the hotel discovered the mistake, a phone call was made to correct it, and a cumbersome manual transfer was performed because the invoice didn’t list the correct recipient name. The bank software even complained about it. All in all, a bit sluggish and not up to date.
