La atención de Cristiano el encargado. Estuvo pendiente de todo lo que necesitábamos. Me gustó el tamaño, el baño, la ducha y la ubicación. La cocina era lenta para calentar
La disponibilità del proprietario e la posizione. La stanza che ci è stata riservata non corrispondeva a quella visionata e prenotata su booking. Inoltre la stanza parlava di bagno privato, senza specificare che era esterno alla stanza

“Would not recommend that anyone stay at this place.!”
The location was ideal for a visit to the Vatican. Checking in was extremely difficult. I tried to message the property several times with no response and when I eventually reached them on the phone they were very rude. Then when we began to check in, the woman spoke no English and she was very unprofessional. She tried to demand that I pay her for the room in cash, even though I already paid for the reservation. She gave no explanation on anything. We were expecting an apartment not 2 separate rooms. There was no refrigerator, stove or kitchen area at all which was noted on the booking site. The room had dirt on the walls and a gaping open area above the bathroom presumably for ease of access to the pipes
