“Lovely residence; lovely people; lovely town.”
Very sensibly priced. We stayed in room 4 before our week‑long cruise and room 1 after. Comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean. The location was excellent for town life—so many places to eat, drink, explore, and all public transport, including the port, was nearby. Cagliari was delightful and its people were lovely. Cristiana and Simone were wonderful (see what we didn't like below :-) ). We slept with the balcony windows open over the town centre and it was noisy until about 10:30 pm when Cagliari settled down for the night. The sounds of life and enjoyment were lovely. We are in our late 70s and for our first arrival I said I'd carry our bags up the four long flights of stairs and struggled—this was not the fault of Cristiana and Simone, they respected my bravado. On our second stopover, Simone absolutely flew up the stairs with our luggage. See—nothing to see here really! It was a bit of a climb for us old folk but worth it.
