The location is spot‑on for walking to the station and exploring Münster. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the atmosphere felt special. My Grand Deluxe room was spacious and cleverly designed, with a very comfortable bed and pillows that were just right. The bathroom, complete with a bathtub, was well equipped, and at night there were small motion sensors that dimmed the light just enough to illuminate the way—very handy. Renting bicycles was inexpensive and great! On the downside, my room was in the basement, which I didn’t like because it was very dark. Although there was a terrace, the view was only a landscaped wall, and the restaurant tables were right above, so you could see into the room. Quiet music played until late, and with the window open it was annoying. I also wished there was a kettle. The sofa had holes, and the wallpaper was peeling at the wall—something I wouldn’t expect from a hotel of this class.

The service was very friendly, but the breakfast options were not well explained.

The place is modern, clear, clean, and overall worth returning to!

The outdoor terrace is very pretty. We had two rooms with balconies overlooking the garden. The rooms were small but clean and sufficient for one night. The staff were generally nice and friendly, yet they seemed somewhat disorganized and unprofessional. The tasteful interior was clean. We had an older couple who had to struggle alone with their luggage—what a pity! The breakfast left a lot to be desired, and the price‑to‑value ratio is simply not right. The breakfast and lack of staff attention were disappointing.
