Everything was perfect.
The resort experience in a city. The kids club is so small, the playing area needs redesigning, and the restaurant in the private villas area is full of flying insects. The pool edges are so painful that my kid got blood; that needs to be fixed.

The hotel feels like a work of art. We stayed in a spacious two‑bedroom bungalow with a large yard, private pool, kitchen, comfortable beds, and heated bathroom floors. The WhatsApp service was incredible—someone always replied immediately, and anything we requested arrived in less than a minute. There was also plenty of water in the room, which I really appreciated. The food, pool, and beach were all amazing. Everything was perfect. The only downside was transportation; since we were six people, finding a suitable car was difficult. The hotel could only arrange one in advance, and Uber often took a long time. It would be great if the hotel offered larger cars on demand.
We could have a Koran, and the whole service was 10/10; thank you so much for everything!!!
