The room was nice, spacious, quiet, and there was nobody around. The self‑service check‑in meant I couldn’t drop off my luggage until the 4 pm check‑in time, which was disappointing since I arrived in the late morning.

The hotel was super convenient and the rooms are nice. However, it’s a “staff‑less” place: you get a code before you arrive to get into the building and your room, and on my last two visits that code didn’t work. I had to call for a new one while standing outside the hotel—once in the rain. Also, the rooms lack a desk and chair. For someone like me who brings office gear everywhere, there’s nowhere to plug in a laptop and work except the bed or a side chair, even though the room has plenty of space for a desk and chair.

The hotel is lovely and the location is great. But there’s no breakfast, the coffee machine in the room makes stale coffee, there’s no front desk, and no elevator. It’s great for younger people, but not so easy for older folks with baggage or who aren’t tech‑savvy. Parking is only on the street, which was stressful, and the shower is hard to turn on unless you’re already standing in it.

The location was great and the pillows were real, not the super flat ones, but parking was odd.
