“A brilliant choice to stay if you like beautiful surroundings, peace and quiet,”
A fantastic hotel in a very beautiful part of Latvia. Close to the center of Baldone with very good dining facilities. -
“Clean rooms, but unacceptable experience”
The rooms were clean and tidy, but that was the only bright spot of our stay. During the storm we had no electricity, no generator or alternative solution. We also had no mobile connection and no running water—neither hot nor cold—throughout our stay. Worse, the staff behaved aggressively; we were not allowed to spend the evening or eat in the shared kitchen, were shouted at, insulted, and told to return to our rooms. The hostile conduct persisted all evening and became so unacceptable that we had to call the police. A very unpleasant experience. We would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property.
“Lieliska vieta”
The room was big, but it still sounded and tasted great! The only downside was the constant whistling outside the hotel grounds, which was pretty annoying.
Everything is beautiful and clean. I really like this place and have been here repeatedly. However, shower gel and shampoo should be provided in the shower.

Beautiful, newly built building and surroundings, convenient with a car, right on the road. Spacious shared kitchen. Good price, free parking. There was a lack of coziness and comfort details, like a night lamp or a tray for items in the bathroom. Because it’s next to the road, traffic noise can be heard, though it’s not very loud.
