I was charged extra for early check‑in, yet even after paying the fee we couldn't enter early because the room wasn’t ready and the cleaning staff had no notice about the early arrival.

Localização. 1 -o desrespeito e sem qualquer demostre de interesse sobre a seguranca do hospede, o anfitrião em qualquer momento deu um feedback sobre a seguranca do hospede. 2 - inseguro e sem qualquer demontre de cuidado com o hospede 3 - a porta que da acesso ao studio estava aberta sem qualquer possibilidade de trancar pois a chave sumiu, no contador de luz estava uma chave reserva que da acesso ao studio, onde qualquer pessoa pode chegar e entrar sem qualquer monitoramento pois nao ha controle de entrada e saida de pessoas do andar. 4 - a janela da cozinha da acesso as instalacoes externas do apartamento, nao ha qualquer protecao, e a janela e fragil e facil de quebrar. 5 - na mesma noite houve pessoas usando mascaras nas instalacoes externas e com vulnerabilidade grande. 6 - me vi OBRIGADO a sair do apartamento sem qualquer seguranca presente no local, mesmo em contato com a e o anfitrião o feedback foi um credito de 10 euros, sem relocacao e atenção. FUI OBRIGADO A PASSAR A NOITE NA RUA POR DESCANSO DO BOOKING E DO ANFITRIÃO
