The location is very central and the U-Bahn station is right nearby. Having a parking garage was really important and also secure. The rooms were not clean and the bathroom fixtures were rusty and dirty. Because the hotel is directly in front of a busy street, it was very noisy (even at night) since the windows are not soundproof. Breakfast was very sparse and limited.

The air conditioning, cleanliness and other aspects of the room were great. The lift was not working, so we had to wait a long time with only one lift operational.

What a fantastic experience, the staff were professional and friendly… everyone was ready to make sure we had a calm and pleasant stay. The location was excellent and easily reachable from any point in the city; the rooms were always clean and aesthetically pleasing.
