The “hardware” was good but the “software” needs improvement. The location, the cleanliness, and the room were spacious and clean. First, the directions on the website claim it’s a 50 m walk from the metro station, but you can walk 500 m, 5 km, or even 500 km and still not see the hostel unless you walk around the world because the hotel is behind you as you exit the metro. You can’t see Vivo or Huawei as you exit the metro, so it’s not a good guide. Then the staff were cold, unfriendly, and unhelpful. Next, I was told breakfast starts at 8 am and I could order it at the bar, but at 8.15 am there was still no one at the bar 🤷🏽♂️.
