The room was clean. The location was inconvenient for the family party we had.

The location and staff were good. We loved it.

Microtel is exactly as described: minimalistic, contemporary, but more than enough for a comfortable stay. The rooms are about 12x12, with a comfy pillow‑top mattress, complimentary shower soap, bath towels, a microwave, a mini‑fridge, a 55" flat‑screen TV, and an air/heat unit. The small lobby has a table and seating, and the self‑service breakfast is sufficient. Great price point!

The location was great and the rooms were spotless, but the guests above were incredibly loud and the thin floors made it hard to sleep; seeing people parked in their cars in the lot was also uncomfortable.

The spot was convenient, but the breakfast left a lot to be desired.
