Very clean, great bed, and close to everything—walking distance. I had an adjoining room and the door wasn’t sound‑proof; I could hear his phone conversation and TV.

Good location. The staff at check‑in were very friendly and helpful. The bed was jammed against a wall, so I had to climb over my wife to get out. The view from the window was a brick wall about 1 m away. We were out all day and returned to find the bed covers simply pulled up with no attempt to make the bed. New towels were provided, but otherwise no effort was made to clean the room.

The hotel sits in a very central spot and the staff were friendly and helpful, but the stairs on our floor made lugging bags up and down a little painful.

The location is close to trams and the city centre, but the bedroom and bathroom are small.
