Very comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful. The place is old and needs renovation, and the restaurant’s options are limited and the food isn’t great.

The location is fine. Towels were not clean.

The place is amazing, calm and luxurious, but the restaurant could be cleaner even though the food and variety are perfect.

The space is spacious and the food variety is great, and the tea buffet at noon is the best idea, but the staff at the kids’ club did not handle foreign guests professionally; they avoided interacting with them, unlike with their own children.
