The staff were friendly and accommodating, giving me an open room for a few hours before check‑in while they prepared my actual room so I could shower and rest after a long journey. Not many places will do that for you, so I was particularly pleased with their hospitality. Bottled water was offered frequently; whenever I saw someone from reception they would offer me more. The AC worked great, the bed was big and comfortable. It’s close to the massive downtown market where you can buy pretty much anything. The location can get very busy with lots of packing companies around, so movement can sometimes be a little restricted, and parking would be a nightmare if not impossible. Hot water didn’t seem to work, but it wasn’t a huge deal with how hot the city is.

Located in South Mumbai’s commercial area, right next to a suburban railway station, it gives an authentic Mumbai feel. The rooms have a nice view.

The photos are very misleading! The cleanliness was terrible, with small cockroaches present. The hotel’s location was also bad. I felt the room rate was heavily overpriced for what was offered. This was not a good experience at all!
