The location is perfect for a holiday, just a short walk to the French Quarter. However, the front desk staff were unprofessional and rude, and the cleaning left stains on what were supposed to be fresh towels. Valet service was disorganized; on Saturday night my car wasn’t returned when I asked, and the next morning the steering wheel cover was gone, the interior was rearranged, and all the mirrors were adjusted—an odd thing for a valet that’s only supposed to drive your car 20 feet into the building’s garage. Reporting this to the management was futile; the desk ignored me and the phone number for valet management didn’t answer. I wasted over $100 on a parking fee for a service that’s just a hassle. If you’re looking for a hassle‑free stay, pay for cheaper parking next door. Overall, a convenient area but a horrible experience.

L'emplacement est parfait, les lits sont confortables, la buanderie est très bien. Il y a suffisamment de linge de maison pour les changes. Il y a un four mais pas de plat pour l'utiliser, à notre arrivée il n'y avait plus de sel/poivre (pots présents mais vides.). Si vous êtes 4, il n'y aura pas assez de verres
