We had a superb stay. The Tree House concept is truly unique and very comfortable. The amenities were excellent, and we even extended our visit for an extra day. Many thanks to Mr. Manav for arranging the same room for the additional night; he was courteous and helpful. We’ll definitely come back.

The location and surrounding nature were great, but the staff were rude and unhelpful, so it didn’t feel like a luxury resort at all.

The ambience was nice, yet the in‑house activities being chargeable felt off.

The property didn’t match the pictures; the rooms and bathrooms were poorly lit with no natural light, making the dim lighting feel suffocating, and ventilation was awful.

I enjoyed the pleasant ambience and comfortable water villa during my stay. However, I was disappointed with the service provided by the Club Mahindra agents. Despite the nice surroundings, the poor service took away from my overall experience.
