Right next to the train station, and a Kansai Airport shuttle bus is right outside, which is convenient. Check‑in and check‑out at the terminal are very easy. The Wi‑Fi was unstable and kept cutting out.

The hotel is near the station, shops, and restaurants, clean, with a large room that has a kettle, and it’s fairly quiet. The reception offers unlimited coffee, tea, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and hair ties. The staff are very helpful. I didn’t like that there was only one coffee machine at breakfast; the line was too long for a hot drink.

The hotel is in a very convenient spot, right near Kyoto Station, making it easy to get around Kyoto. On‑site laundry facilities were a great bonus, especially for a longer stay. The room was quite small, with limited space for luggage and very few amenities inside. Guests had to pick up items such as toiletries from the amenities area on the first floor for daily use; while practical, it would have been more convenient if basic amenities were already in the room. Overall, the location and laundry facilities were the main advantages, but the small room size and limited in‑room amenities were disappointing. This hotel may suit travellers who prioritise convenience and transportation access over room space and facilities. The location and laundry facilities are consistent with guest feedback elsewhere, while small rooms and lobby‑provided amenities are also recurring observations. The rooms were quite small and felt a little dated. They were also not especially suitable for families travelling with children, as there was limited space to move around or accommodate luggage comfortably.
