The place was well organized and in a great spot, and the food was really good. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and even though I didn’t fully understand Japanese, the conversation flowed smoothly. The room was spotless and tidy, and the location was convenient. The meals tasted amazing, and the staff treated us with kindness and professionalism. I couldn’t understand Japanese completely, but we managed to communicate without any problems. The air conditioner didn’t manage to heat the whole room, and the bathroom was very cold, which was a bit disappointing.
