Overall, everything was fine, but the TV in the room was too small and the channel selection was limited.

I was pleased to find the hotel close to the train station and surrounded by convenience stores, but the rooms felt a little cramped and a few staff members were noticeably rude during check‑in, which made the start of my visit unpleasant.

The location was perfect, yet the staff left something to be desired.

The hotel’s spot is ideal for catching trains, exploring central Geneva, and hopping on trams, and the building itself is nice; however, the rooms are rather basic and the beds are too soft for my taste, as I prefer a firmer mattress.

The place sits just above the station and is walkable to central Geneva, with a smooth and helpful check‑in process, but it feels too sterile; breakfast is the only meal offered, there’s no bar for evening socialising, and the glass‑fronted breakfast room could have been a great bar with a view—my niece’s room faced the station, which was terrible for a light sleeper.
