How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The room was spacious and lovely, but nobody answered the phone when we arrived and it was hard to locate staff. No toiletries, including soap, were supplied, so I had to rely on my own travel kit.

Margaret, the housekeeper, was fantastic—everything was spotless, warm, and exactly what I needed for my brief business trip. The room had a tea and coffee station, and an adapter with an extension cord was already in place, so it was a great experience.
