The place is well situated. The bathroom is awful – the shower barely works, almost no water comes out, and you can’t move around in it. The toilet, sink, and sanitary fixtures are also neglected. The kitchen is in the same condition. The table in the kitchen is unusable because everything spills over.

The location is good. The main area was only cleaned after a week, so we ran out of toilet paper and the bins were overflowing. The shower is too small; a large person would never fit.

__ [ENG] Great location — we walked to the Colosseum in about 10 minutes! There's a drinking fountain nearby and some cool cafés. Self check-in, and there's an elevator so you don't have to take the stairs. The room has a hairdryer, a fridge, and Wi-Fi __. Номер немнооого уставший, но это ничего страшного, потому что в Риме надо смотреть не на апарты:) __ The room felt just a liiiitle bit tired, but honestly that's no big deal — in Rome you're not here for the apartments :)

It was exactly as advertised, very spacious and even had a washing machine. The bathroom was huge with a bidet, haha. Good ventilation and secure. Highly recommend. I went with my partner. It had a wardrobe with plenty of hangers, a full kitchen, and the best part was that we could manage check‑in and check‑out ourselves. Cheers.

The location is great, with a washing machine and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, which is awesome. The downside is that there are two rooms: when people in the room with the boiler are showering, the neighbors lose hot water for over 40 minutes. Try to shower early or not during peak times. Water pressure is low, as it is in all of Rome. The bed is a bit worn and slightly sunken.
