The location was convenient and the bed was clean and comfortable, yet the floor was dirty and walking barefoot from the bed to the bathroom left me with black sticky feet. There was no warm water, and after a 14‑hour flight the next day I couldn't have a proper shower before boarding, making the flight feel even longer. When I told the girl who seemed in charge about the water, she simply said, “yes we know, the gas is finished we can’t do anything about it.” I was surprised there was no proper apology; if it were my property I would have offered a discount, a complimentary coffee, or at least a sincere apology. Paying for accommodation and not having warm water is unacceptable.

It was very serene, very clean, very quaint and so cute; I loved it! The only downside was that they aren’t available onsite after certain hours.
