The rooms are large, there’s a TV, and the location is good. The majority of the staff are older men who can’t speak English, and the hotel doesn’t respond to messages on Booking. After a 12‑hour flight we expected a quick check‑in and some rest. Unfortunately, the receptionist, who didn’t speak English, kept showing us a paper to scan a QR code; after 15 minutes we realized he was asking us to pay again for a stay we had already paid for through Booking. He didn’t understand and we couldn’t communicate. We showed him proof of payment via Booking and Revolut, but nothing worked. Finally, some men who spoke English called the owner, who still insisted there was no Booking transfer. We had to keep logging into Revolut and Booking, sending her screenshots, but those men helped because they spoke to her on the phone. It’s weird that they can’t handle this, because everywhere they have Booking terms and conditions and the same payment process: the hotel receives payment after our stay. In the end they decided to let us stay with the information that we had to go to reception in the morning to sort it out. Check‑in took about 50 minutes, causing stress and nerves on the first day. After entering the room I started writing to Booking and emailing the hotel. The issue was resolved, but the unpleasantness remained. We had planned to stay until the end of our trip, but we decided to book a room elsewhere because we were afraid of another repeat of this fiasco. It’s a shame because the rooms are really large and beautiful.

My stay was pleasant, with a spacious and clean room that provided a quiet retreat. The staff were very friendly, which added to the positive atmosphere. However, I did find the location to be a bit tricky to access by public transportation, but since we had a car, it wasn't a major issue. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

I was really pleased with my stay, enjoying the cleanliness, peaceful atmosphere, and great location. However, I did find that the parking options were a bit limited.

The cleanliness of the room was impressive, but I was a bit let down by the overall service and food quality. Despite this, I still considered it an ideal stay, suggesting that there were some redeeming factors.
