“Un conseil :Allez voir ailleurs !”
The staff… We had no idea where to start because the experience was so bad! From the moment we arrived, it felt like a neglected site with trash everywhere and broken décor. The photos online look dreamy, but they’re probably from the opening and don’t reflect reality. We weren’t there for that, yet there was no TV in the rooms, contrary to the website. Cleaning was minimal and we never had hot water all through our stay! The site had many empty bungalows, and the housekeeper chose to clean a neighboring bungalow at 6 am without any pressure… We were surprised when the electricity cut out at 9 pm! After complaining, the electrician fiddled with the meter so we switched to solar at night. I’ll give him a thousand, but he left electrical waste at the bungalow’s foot :(. We were the only ones on the site for four days with many dishes and drinks missing from the menu because there was no restocking… The chef worked hard to cook good meals with what he had for the first few days before healthy supplies ran out due to an arriving group of potentially disrespectful tourists that spread quickly. Hot water was still missing… We visited the eco‑artisan center of the group that you must see! It’s really great, but again it’s clear that Cap Kimony isn’t highlighted… There’s a wall in the museum with all the group’s hotels, we’re still looking for Cap Kimony… In each hotel, there should be a shop selling products made by the center, but it doesn’t exist at Cap Kimony.
